Definition of a Valid Revenue Leak: To maintain objectivity, a "leak" is defined as any publicly verifiable friction point on a business's digital footprint that prevents a lead from booking or inquiring. This includes, but is not limited to:
To keep refund disputes objective, a "valid leak" is defined as a documented observation about a real, currently-operating local business in your specified city and niche, where ALL of the following are true:
(a) the business has a public website or booking page that I can link to in the deliverable; (b) the observation describes a specific, visible friction point in the inquiry-to-booked-call path (e.g. a broken link, a missing CTA, a multi-channel routing gap, an unanswered review pattern, a deposit/login gate that breaks the funnel, a confusing reservation flow); (c) the observation can be verified by you or any third party by visiting the public page, without insider knowledge or paid tools; (d) the leak is paired with a specific first-touch outreach message tailored to that business.
"Valid" does not mean the leak is necessarily costing the business money — that's a hypothesis the outreach tests. It means the observation is real, public, specific, and actionable. Generic findings ("they should have a chatbot," "they're not on TikTok") do not count.
